Front Office Specialist

We are seeking professional, enthusiastic, and experienced Front office specialist for our busy multi-office Endodontic practice. The ideal candidate would work at a primary office but may be asked to rotate on occasion to our other locations. Our offices are located in Fort Worth, Burleson, Mansfield, North Fort Worth (Alliance area) and Colleyville.

What you will do

• Greeting patients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Opening and closing the office
• Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing the appointment calendar
• PBS and other software
• Receiving/posting/verifying insurance checks
• Managing patient records, including updating personal and insurance information
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, ordering office supplies, and managing correspondence
• Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for patients from check-in to check-out

Preferred Qualifications

• Computer skills (Microsoft office)
• Electronic mail
• Basic mathematical skills
• Oral comprehension/active listening
• Reading and writing comprehension
• presentation skills when presenting treatment plan and diagnosis to patients
• Phone skills when talking with patients and/or referring doctors/staff
• Must understand of traditional insurances
• Must have basics knowledge of dental especially pertaining to endodontics procedures.
• Bi-lingual and RDA a plus!
• Must be willing to be cross-trained and be a team player.
• Professional appearance and attire will be expected at all times.
• OSHA and HIPAA standards are important to our
  practice.
